[Messaging/Inbox] Link to referenced Reported Post/Comment/Challenge (when Player makes a Report)
Answered/ImplementedFrom client: "Another issue is that when players report a post/ comment/ challenge, I am not able to see which post is it. Understand that it shows the post ID on the report. However, it does not show the content so I am not able to trace the post while the post does not have a post ID."
Proposed solution: Maybe good to have a link on the actual completion, Challenge, and Topic. etc. UI issue

Hi Prapim,
This enhancement was completed a while ago, and a link to the Content/Completion/Comment is now included in the report sent to the Project Administrator's Inbox!
You can find out more about this enhancement in our knowledge base article: https://support.gametize.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360028214971-Viewing-enquiries-sent-in-by-Players-via-Messages

On JIRA, this is currently marked as KIV / Closed. Adding links will not be feasible now, because of interactions within the native mobile apps.
On the native mobile apps, the links can only open a new window within a browser, making it a jarring experience.
Moreover, some enterprise projects do not have a player web. We would like to keep the experience consistent as much as possible, without a broken or obsolete link for these projects.
The priority for this is also low, considering that administrators can find the challenges or topics manually themselves for now with the ID and titles to find what they need.
I understand that the actual completion is not rendered into the message you receive from your players. For that, we will begin looking into how we can provide more information about the completion for you.

My apologies, I have misinterpreted your post.
Our suggested workaround:
- Enquiries can be viewed from the player-side inbox and admin-side inbox, both with the same set of information (IDs, titles).
- Easy access to the reported topics, completions and challenges will be useful for the administrators, who will need to investigate the problem. This access is not necessary for the players who reported said topics, completions or challenges. We will assume they know exactly what they have been reporting.
- Thus, for the admin-side inbox, there will be links to said topics, completions or challenges. These links will not be pointing to the topics, completions or challenges within the player web or app. Instead, these links will be directed to the topics, completions or challenges within the dashboard. Thus, the administrators can easily moderate or edit the content required.
- These links will not be available on the player-side inbox. So, the player who reported will still see the Topics, Challenges and Completions as plain text. The explanation for not having links on the player-side inbox is in my previous comment.

@Chuanxin Yes, the workaround suggested will be very useful. This feature is definitely for Administrators, especially those that receive a lot of player reports on other Players' submissions. The current client that gave me this particular feedback at the moment has to open up the player web then copy and paste the Challenge ID for all reports, which is quite a multiple step process that your workaround would solve.
