[Analytics] Team Summary: Show breakdown of completions per Player

From a client's suggestion: is it possible to show the exact breakdown per Player in the Team Summary Report of their completions across the game? 

Current format only shows total completions. I guess something like:

Player 1: 100 completions

• Topic 1: 33 completions
• Topic 2: 33 completions
• Topic 3: 34 completions

Exact comms from Admin: "For team summary report, is it possible that it can have a range from topic to topic and show the total completion for each player?"
