[App / Web] Ability to access user settings directly from the Projects selection page

Right now, tapping on the user name does not open up any page. 

 

Since there is huge use for a multi-project page, accessing a universal user profile/settings page will be useful.

  This is has been implemented for Player Web and iOS Player app. Limited to licensed platforms with Projects selection page.
