[Standard Challenge] Checkbox to select to disable photos for Standard Challenge

Can we make this similar to Custom Form Challenge where the Admin can choose to disable the option for people to upload photos to Standard Challenge submissions?

Currently no such settings exist:

  To add on to this: would it be a good idea to hide the photo submissions field by default and only show the option to attach images if the Administrator indicates that a photo can be optionally attached? I've pondered the differences between Standard and Photo Challenges in the past, and have never quite arrived at a reasonable way to distinguish them as of yet. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

  After some discussion with the team, we've decided to go ahead with this change! Will keep this thread updated on the latest updates when they are available.
