Bonus points settings

To include a new setting for all (most) challenges, that provide:

X Bonus Points for the first Y player submissions. 

Players who fall outside of Y numbers will still be able to complete challenges and earn points assigned to said challenge, but not be able to earn Bonus Points.

Bonus Points add up to 'Normal Points'

  Sounds like a good suggestion! I'll list this one so that the Tech Team can pick it up when they are able to do so! Will update this thread again when we start working on it!
