Why the pricing change?

On 22nd July 2019, we introduced changes to our pricing plans. And on 1st October 2019, we have completed the transition of all existing subscription plans successfully. The impact? An increase in prices for some plans, a different set of features for the others, and a whole new plan type - Premium Plus. You can learn more about the changes here. 

This is the first price increment for gametize.com since 2011 - a decision made with much research and evaluation. In fact, we have been socializing with a select group of customers and channel partners, teasing the idea of the price change. We were returned with a positive response and that’s when we made the bold shift. 

There were several contributing factors: higher server costs, increased product R&D costs, and increase customer support costs. But, we see those as opportunities to commit towards: 

• A greater platform stability and performance
• Hardening of security to protect your data
• Improving and increasing platform features
• Having faster response time for issue resolution

If you’ve got an existing paid subscription prior to 22nd July 2019, you will be able to enjoy the new plans and the new features at the legacy pricing till the end of 2020. If you did not receive the discount, be sure to contact us at support@gametize.com and demand for it!
