[Dashboard] A function to 'censor' certain words to be used by players

A function/module for admins to disallow users from submitting inappropriate words anywhere in a free text entry:

- User name

- open text field (Standard, Photo, Custom challenges, etc)

- Comments

- Inbox/messaging

These include a library of preset words (e.g. vulgarities) and also a function to allow the admins to enter specific words, to account for localisation and translation.
