As the Gametize platform grows with more features, Admins have more and more power to customize the related settings to their liking.
As opposed to the original single long list, the new Admin Account Settings page is organized into 4 sections. This gives the Admins a clearer overview of the settings that they are manipulating. Let’s take a closer look at the new page!
This is where you update your personal account information. Not all fields are compulsory (just the name and email address) - you get to decide what you would like to make available to us!
This is where you customize your notification options, but none is compulsory. You have the full autonomy to decide what are the email notifications you would like to receive from us. But, if we can convince you:
- Turn on General Notifications - to receive email notifications on Players activities in Projects that you own, e.g. reward redemption by a Player
- Turn on Billing Notifications - to receive email notifications on billing activities for Projects that you owned, e.g. subscription renewal reminders, payment reminders, etc.
- Turn on Other Notifications - to receive marketing communications from us, e.g. product updates like the one you are currently reading!
This is where you update your Security settings within the Gametize platform. You have the option to enable 2FA verification (highly recommended!) and update your account password.
This is where you manage your linked accounts to Gametize with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. While optional, linking your accounts with the available options is highly recommended for added security and of course, reduce the account login details you would have to remember by one.
