[Bonus Points] Remove push notification

Remove the checkbox for push notifications in bonus points - not really working.

Tests have been conducted and we've verified that push notifications can be received when selected.
There may be rare instances where push notifications are not received either due to server issues or connection issues with Firebase. With that, no further action for this issue and will be considered as resolved.
