The dropdown list for locking Challenges does not reflect the status of the selected Challenge. Might result in a broken Player Experience

• E.g. Admin is still able to select an unpublished Challenge (with no error message)

  From another angle, some admins may want to prepare challenges but not ready to publish them yet.

  So, it may be a better idea to offer the flexibility.

  However, we can consider improving the UX by offering a warning message, but not disallowing the action.
