[Points Settings] Challenges with Scheduled Points, or Points tiers

Context: to give Players who attempted the Challenge earlier advantage over Players who attempted it nearer to the 'deadline'

A setting for the admin to set reduced/increased points to a challenge if they are completed before/after a certain date.

  This would help a lot with points variance, which is still a recurring issue for some games with a competitive element. The game then becomes very heavily dependent on voting from other players to differerentiate, or points farming.

   

  May be good to differentiate based on: 

  - Time taken to complete Challenge

  - First to the finish line
