[Billing] Unclear that Choosing a Lower-Priced Plan Constitutes Downgrading

- Pages involved: Select a New Plan / Change Plan for [Project Name]
- This is in the Select a New Plan / Change Plan for [Project Name] page. All plans, assuming they are not the existing plan for the Project, will have buttons saying ‘Choose this Plan’. However, if they are lower-price plans, it is unclear if that choosing those constitutes downgrading the plan.
- Suggestions
- CX: Anything lower-priced than your current plan should have proper copywriting reflected: ‘Downgrade to Regular (Monthly)’
- CX: Likewise, it will be great if you can inform the user if they are upgrading too, if the plan they are choosing is an upgrade. ‘Upgrade to Premium (Monthly)’
