[File Manager] Direct access to File Manager from Challenge view (Embed Media)

For Enterprise Plans that have enabled File Manager, can we do the following enhancement:

• [Quick fix] For embed media field, option to "Select URL from File Manager" so they don't have to navigate between File Manager tab and Challenge tab. This will open up the page with the URLs they can copy and paste directly from.
  
  
• [A suggestion that may take more time and thought?] Ability to upload directly to File Manager from this view, e.g. similar to in Wordpress when you're adding media to posts/pages where you can directly access and do all the functionalities of File Manager.
