The Gametize Community, powered by Zendesk is created for 2 main purposes.
- For you, users of the Gametize platform, to communicate with us - be it sending support tickets to our Ninjas or posting suggestions to make the product better.
- For us to transfer knowledge - in the form of support articles, new feature updates, platform tips, and hacks
We find no problem in creating and distributing content to educate our users about the product. But, given certain Zendesk-specific features which require setting up a separate Zendesk account (for instance, creating posts within Community), we recognized the inertia in doing so to communicate with us. With that, we noticed the slow start in the usage of Gametize Community.
This inspired us to integrate the two platforms to allow an (almost) seamless sign-in process. What does this imply?
- Manage 2 platforms using 1 login account - Using your Gametize account, you will be able to login to the Gametize Community, with no additional sign-up on Zendesk required
- Interact with fellow users - communication goes beyond with us, you will be able to comment and vote on posts created by other users
For Gametize, it edges us towards increasing engagement on the Gametize Community!
However, if you do not wish to have an account on the Gametize Community, simply discontinue the login process when prompted the Gametize Community login page.
