[SERVICE UPDATE] Scheduled Server Maintenance on 29 March 2019

To bring better performance to your experience, we will be conducting scheduled server maintenance from Friday, 29 March 2019, 2330 (GMT +8) to Saturday, 30 March 2019, 0230 (GMT +8).

Server downtime is expected in the first hour, where you will not be able to access the Gametize platform. In the remaining two hours, you may experience intermittent access or encounter an error. So, please do not be startled!

Here’s what will go on during the 3 hours:

• Data storage migration from HDD (Hard Disk Drive) to SSD (Solid State Drive) which translates to better platform performance.
• Strengthening of our data security system by further improving the data protection system.

The server maintenance exercise will be affecting all users:

• Project Owners
• Project Admins
• Project Moderators
• Players

As well as impact all Gametize platforms:

• Admin Dashboard on web
• Player web
• iOS app
• Android app
