[App / Web - Settings] Able to delete profile picture

On the Account settings page for Players, add a button to delete profile profile picture (i.e. revert to default profile photo).

At the moment, it's only possible to replace a current profile photo with a new one.

  The Player's setting page has changed since. You are now able to remove your profile picture.
