Player Web Known Issues

We have just made the switch to a new Player interface on Web, powered by ReactJS. Do expect it to evolve in the coming months!

Meanwhile, here are some known issues. This list is constantly being updated, so do check back frequently and see if any of those that you have discovered are being listed!

QR Code Challenges

The scanning of QR codes to complete QR Code Challenge may not work well on the following devices and browser type combination.

iOS device + Google Chrome browser
iOS device + Microsoft edge browser
iOS device + Firefox browser

*Users on iOS mobile devices, please do use Safari browser to access app.gametize.com

Video Challenges

Taking and uploading of videos to complete Video Challenges is currently not supported on iOS devices of any browser types - due to incompatible video file type.

The Player Web allows the upload of .mp4 video files
While any videos that are taken using an iOS device are saved as .mov files

Unlockable Achievements

A feedback window has been implemented for Achievements rewarded for posting comments.

Now, when submitting a comment, a pop-up will now be displayed telling you the Achievement(s) you have earned from submitting it. Closing the pop-up will direct you back to the Comments section for you to continue commenting.
