[Topics / Challenges] To show specific content ID in dropdown list when applying locking rules

Maybe can include the challenge / topic ID (or order no.) on top of the title. I think there is chance that admins will create challenges or topics with the same or similar titles. 

 

PS: It would be ideal if it can be displayed in the same order as it is on the Project/Topic manager pages! :)

  Li Xin, this has been implemented! When you select to lock a Topic or Challenge, you will be able to reference the Topic or Challenge ID.
