Some users do not realize that the account activation link expires. When they attempt to click on the link from their email to activate, this what they will see, with an error message that they may not understand. 

In turn, they send a ticket request saying they are unable to login. But as a matter of fact, they have yet to activate their account. 

Suggestion:

1) Copywriting for error message to be more understandable > error report to be more accurate, and

2) Insert link in player login to allow for account activation, linking to this page: https://gametize.com/resendactivationlink

 

^ Wasn't able to test for the admin account activation. But, on the admin login page, there was a link to resent activation link, so that ain't too bad.
