  The unnatural scrolling effect is caused by the use of the pull-to-refresh functionality. The mobile project view's page, by default, is not scrollable. Unfortunately, the pull-to-refresh functionality only works after it has checked that (1) the user tries to scroll up (2) when the page is no longer scrollable.
  
  The pull-to-refresh functionality has been removed, so the scrolling of project descriptions should work as per normal. As far as refreshing goes, it has been moved to the topbar's menu as a button/link.
