[Admin Dashboard] After saving content and returning to content list, return to last scroll position rather than the top of the page

To enable the admin dashboard in a topic manager to scroll down to the challenge/flashcard in the browser. Every time I press back or save a challenge/flashcard it goes back to the topic manager showing the first few challenges and I have to scroll down again to see the changes in the challenge and remember where I have left off.
