  I would recommend maybe on the Topic card itself there should be an option to do so. Was there such a thing previously?

  Moving this issue to close.

  It was intentional to make the delete button harder to find for both Project and Topic level. This was because deleting the Topic/Project will affect multiple contents in different level such as Challenge/Topic. This action will be permanent and in order to prevent any accidental deletion of the content, we make it in a way that is harder to find.

  Additionally, we have had many Admin users who have accidentally deleted content when "Delete" functions were more accessible. This issue is common even though we already have confirmation prompts for "Delete" functions way back.
  
  Thus, we made most "Delete" functions less accessible to address the issue of having many tickets previously sent to us regarding accidental deletes.
