[Project] Post-submission Pop-up Message

After editing the content of your game (project/ topic/ challenge) and saving it, a post-submission pop-up message ("Hurray! Your changes are saved.") will appear.

Could the timing of this pop-up message be shortened so that admins would be able to click on the links to the other pages (dashboard home/ project manager/ topic manager) faster?
