[Bulk Actions] Expire all challenges (by topic or project - could be a checkbox too)

There is a request from a client to have a feature to have a "expire all challenges" - either topic or project level. use case is for an administrator/players to continue to view the completions and content (the topic can only be locked, but not expired). Will be adding this to com.gametize.com.
Client: "Hi Li Xin,
Sorry I am not able to view all the responses for my class.Can you please give me access on my mobile."
Immediate response: The only way to do this is to use as an administrator, or to publish the project, but expire all challenges (manually one by one - I will request for a feature to expire all challenges at a time).
