[SERVICE UPDATES] Disabling / whitelisting gametize.com in ad blockers

Gametize has recently noticed abnormalities in some of the platform features, such as Analytics amongst a select group of users. After some deep digging, we’ve found the culprit to be ad-blockers, which are interfering with key functions of the platform.

Good news is, this can be resolved simply by disabling or whitelisting the "gametize.com" domain on these ad-blockers. Be rest assured that without these ad-blocker extensions, no ads will be shown on the Gametize Admin Dashboard :)

Below is a quick guide on how to do so:

CHROME (Windows and Mac)

Adblock Plus for Chrome

Open gametize.com page on a browser tab:

1. On the Chrome toolbar, click the Adblock Plus icon to open its menu.
2. Switch the toggle to "Disabled on this site".
3. The Adblock Plus icon will turn gray indicating that it is temporarily off.

AdBlock for Chrome

Open gametize.com page on a browser tab:

1. On the Chrome toolbar, click the AdBlock icon to open its menu.
2. Click the "Don't run on pages on this domain" menu option to open up an Adblock settings menu. Then, click the Exclude button.
3. The AdBlock icon will turn green indicating that it is temporarily off.

FIREFOX (Windows and Mac)

Adblock Plus for Firefox

Open gametize.com page on a browser tab:

1. On the Firefox toolbar, click the red Adblock Plus icon to open its menu.
2. Click "Disable on gametize.com."
3. The Adblock Plus icon will turn gray indicating that it is temporarily off.

INTERNET EXPLORER (Windows)

Open gametize.com page on a browser tab:

1. On the Internet Explorer status bar, click the red Adblock Plus icon to open its menu.
2. Click "Disable on gametize.com."
3. The Adblock Plus icon will turn gray indicating that it is temporarily off.

SAFARI (Mac)

Adblock Plus for Safari

Open gametize.com page on a browser tab:

1. On the Safari toolbar, click the Adblock Plus icon to open its menu.
2. Switch the toggle to "Disabled on this site."
