[SERVICE UPDATES] Clearing cookies for Gametize.com

Gametize noticed a recent change in cookie entry settings of Amazon Web Service, where Gametize.com is hosted, causing short session timeouts on Gametize.com. This has resulted in many users experiencing unintended logouts from their account.

We are glad to inform that this issue has been resolved by Amazon Web Service, and you will be able to continue your content creation experience with Gametize as per normal.

For users who are still experiencing unintended logouts, do attempt to clear the cookies for Gametize.com. Below is a quick guide on how to do so:

Getting rid of cookies on Chrome browser:

1. Click Chrome menu on the browser toolbar
2. Select Settings, and select Advanced Settings
3. Under Privacy and Security, select Content Settings
4. Select Cookies, and search for gametize
5. Select the relevant cookies, and click Remove

Getting rid of cookies on Safari browser:

1. Click Safari menu on the browser toolbar
2. Select Preferences, and select Privacy
3. Under Cookies and website data, select Manage Website Data
4. Search for gametize, select the cookie, and click Remove

Getting rid of cookies on Internet Explorer browser:

1. Click Tools (via the gear icon), and select Internet Option
2. Select General, and under Browsing History click Delete
3. You may choose to deselect all options except for Cookies
4. Click delete

Getting rid of cookies on Firefox browser:

1. Click Firefox menu on the browser toolbar
2. Select Tools, and select Options
3. Select Privacy, and under History, click on the dropdown and select Use custom settings for history
4. Select Show Cookies, and search for the gametize
5. Select the relevant cookies, and click Remove
