Some questions I thought of when considering this feature:
- Which key actions would we want to enable notifications for?
- Should we allow admins to decide which actions to enable notifications for?
- Does the usage of an admin log module take care of a need to account for changes to their projects or is there a need to urgently notify admins of changes?
Nevertheless, I will record this down as a future consideration!
