Topic - Showing inaccurate error message for empty Topic Category

When user creates a Topic Category but yet to assign any Topics to it, the following message shows. Should show something like "There are no topics in this Topic Category yet". 

 

Also, getting user to select a project template is not be applicable (given that we are at Topic level). On of that, when clicking on it, it leads to error page

  Hey there!

  We have fixed the error message for empty Topic Categories. You should be able to see the correct one in the next deployment.
