[Feature Request] Shortcode/Placeholder reference

Shortcode Feature to allow certain documents to be uploaded as PDFs, and for Admins to insert them as links in the content (e.g. as [PDF1]), based on whatever name is provided after uploading. 

Example: In a WordPress post or page, it is replaced with other content. The macro that is in square brackets [] will be replaced with the appropriate dynamic content. For more information, refer to https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2012/05/wordpress-shortcodes-complete-guide/.

Shortcode: [PDF]

The users will see the PDF name in the content (i.e., 'Gametize Branding').

Placeholder reference features can allow personalized content/messages to be delivered to users. For example,{{user.first.name}} and {{completion.rate}}. 

Dear {{user.first.name}},
Your completion rate is currently at {{completion.rate}}. Keep Going!
