[App] Persistent Challenge progress bar

A suggestion from client feedback: they want to be able to keep track of their Challenge progress per Topic easily.

 

For the Challenge Progress Bar ("10/15 Challenges completed") in Topic view on the Gametize app to be persistent (i.e. stick to bottom or top of screen).
