[Achievements] Enhance Achievement features

1) Submissions to have 'recognition pin' badge (on top of awarding bonus points to submission) - visible in activity

2) Team view to have a MVP badge (for the top player in team)

3) The top 2 badges to appear in profile page achievements as a sticky (i.e. the badge will disappear if player is no longer MVP) or a multiplier 'x2' to be indicated beside the pin submission badge (more submission have a higher multiplier)
