[Rewards] Rewards setting on Admin Dashboard to configure email/alerts

Rewards dashboard to have a checkbox/option for admin to receive an email if a player redeems a reward. There is currently no way to disable the email from being sent.

  Just to clarify: this would be distinctly for notifications from reward redemption and nothing else? Are there any other email reminders we might want to allow admins to "unsubscribe" from? Is there any particular reason why they might not want those emails (i.e.: too many, not useful, not required etc.)? Thanks in advance for the clarification!
