[App / Web] Live updating leaderboards

On the mobile app, the only way to know the leaderboard is accurate is by exiting the window then re-entering. So some users have pointed out a live updating leaderboard. 

Suggestion for this to apply to other sections too, such as activity feed, votes etc.
