2FA Verification or Two-Factor Authentication Verification will be activated when the Administrator login to the Admin Dashboard if 2FA is enabled.
You may encounter issues when logging in using 2FA Verification Code with Google Authenticator if the time is not synchronized correctly with Google servers. For example, you may receive a prompt "Please retrieve a new code using your Authenticator app and try again”.
To set the correct time:
- Launch the Google Authenticator Application and select .
- Select Settings and click on Time correction for codes.
- Select Sync now.
- After the sync is complete, you will be able to login using 2FA verification on the Admin Dashboard.
