There are instances when Players are unable to receive email notifications from Gametize or have issues clicking on links in email notifications. This is commonly seen when accounts are registered using company email addresses or when the email notifications are accessed using work devices - for reasons such as corporate IT security policies.
We would recommend whitelisting our domains gametize.com and beta.gametize.com in order to receive emails from Gametize. You may also whitelist our email sender noreply@email.gametize.com.
However, if the players are still not receiving emails from Gametize after the domain is whitelisted, please check if the players are allowed to receive emails from public domains.
