Can I downgrade the Premium Plan subscription during the 7-Days Trial?

Note that the 7-Days Free Trial is only available on the Premium Plan subscription. You are still able to downgrade your Premium Plan subscription if you have chosen to opt in to continue the plan during the 7-Days trial period.

If you have an active credit card listed

If you've started on a free trial on the Premium Plan and have chosen to continue the current plan subscription with your credit card details listed, you may downgrade to the Free Plan via the following steps:

1. On the Admin Dashboard, look for the Project with a Trial Plan that you wish to downgrade.
2. Select Project Billing & Usage and select “View Plan” to view the Plan Overview.
3. To downgrade to a Free Plan at the end of the 7-Days trial, select.
4. To confirm the downgrade, click on.

Once the downgrade is confirmed, you will be able to enjoy the Free Trial on Premium Plan subscription till the end of the trial period. Henceforth, your Project will be downgraded to a Free Plan and you will not be charged any amount.

If you do not have an active credit card listed

If you begin the 7-Days Free Trial without providing any credit card details, you are required to provide your credit card details to opt in to continue the current plan or subscribe to other Standard plans. If you do not provide any credit card details, your Project will be automatically downgraded to a Free Plan at the end of the trial period. No further action is required.
