Project Administrator has full access to all features and functions on the Admin Dashboard is able to perform all administrative tasks within the Project. Project Moderator, on the other hand, has limited access to the functions on the Admin Dashboard. There are 2 ways you can add users as Project Administrators or Moderators
Adding a new user as a Project Administrator or Moderator
- Select a Project which you wish to add Project Administrators / Moderators.
- Navigate to the Project Tools, scroll to the section Administration & Moderation and select “Administrator Manager”.
- Click on

- Go to the section on “Register and Grant Administrator Access to a New User”.
- Enter the new user’s name, email address, and select the access type (Administrator or Moderator).
- Click
to complete.
NOTE: The new user will subsequently receive 2 email notifications 1) with the login email address and password, and 2) with instructions to activate the account. It is required for the new user to first activate their account before administering or moderating the Project. |
Adding an existing user as a Project Administrator or Moderator
- Select a Project which you wish to add Project Administrators / Moderators.
- Navigate to the Project Tools, scroll to the section Administration & Moderation and select “Administrator Manager”.
- Click on

- Go to the section on “Grant Administrator Access to an existing User”.
- Enter the existing user’s email address and select the access type (Administrator or Moderator).
- Click
to complete.
NOTE: The existing user will not receive any notifications. They are able to login and administer or moderate the Project right away. |
