In-app Notification: Send Notification to a Single Player

This is a Project Notification, where you can broadcast an in-app notification to a Single Player.

NOTE: This function is available to Admin Accounts with Super Admin access. If this function is not available to you, please contact the Super Admin or the Gametize team for further assistance.

To send an in-app notification to a Single Player: 

  1. Go to the Notifications & Message function via Super Admin. 
  2. Click to expand “In-App Notifications”. 
  3. Under Project Notifications, scroll and locate ”Send Notification to a single Player”. 
  4. Go on to input the following fields:
    Send_notification_to_a_single_player.jpg
    1. Email 
    2. Project ID (learn how to retrieve the Project ID here)
    3. Message
  5. Select the notification to send to the Player if it is available for your Platform.
  6. Click Send_notifications.jpg to send the notification.
