Unable to access Topic: "This Topic is locked or private."

Issue Symptoms

Player attempts to access a Topic results in the following error. 

This Topic is locked or private, and there are no Challenges 
available for you now. Please click on the button below to return 
to "[Project Name]".

Conditions

• User is a Player
• User attempts to access a locked or private Topic via a direct link. 

Resolution

This Topic has been set up by the Admin in such a way that you need to complete another Topic in the same Project in order to unlock it. To do so:

1. Simply click on  to return to the Project page.
2. Login to your Player account.
3. Search for and complete the specific Topic to unlock this Topic.
4. If the Topic is private,
   1. and you are invited to the Topic, you will be able to see and access.
   2. and you are not invited, you will not see this Topic. Please contact the Project Administrator to grant you access.
