The new pricing plans take effect from 22 July 2019, and apply to all new subscriptions from then on.
If you have an existing paid subscription which commenced before 22 July 2019, you will continue to enjoy the new subscription plans at the legacy pricing till 31st December 2020. In other words, the new pricing will only take effect for you on 1st January onward.s
