What happens when the Free Trial expires, and I've got credits remaining in my account balance?

The number of credits required for you to continue the subscription on the Premium Plan is 500 (1 Gametize credit = USD$1).

If you've got a minimum of 500 credits in your account balance, and have chosen to opt in to continue the current plan, the Premium Plan subscription will continue automatically after the free trial expires. 

If you do not have sufficient credits in your account balance for renewal,

If you have provided your credit card details, the remaining amount (after deducting the credits in your account balance) will be deducted from the listed credit account. 

For instance, you've got 350 credits in your account balance and have chosen to continue the current plan subscription during the trial period. After the 7-Days Free Trial expires, the 350 credits will be fully deducted. The remaining USD$150 will be deducted from the credit card account listed. 

The Premium Plan subscription will hence continue after 7-Days free trial has expired. In other words:

• You will be able to publish an unlimited number of Topics
• All Gametize branding and sponsored content will be hidden
• You will have continued and full access to the Reward Manager
• You will have continued and full access to the Project Analytics and downloadable reports
• You will have continued and full access to email template customization
• You will have continued and full access to all images in the Gametize Image Library

Credit card details are not provided

If you did not provide the credit card details, you will not be able to opt in to continue with the current plan (Premium Plan) during your 7-Day Trial period. Credits in your account balance will not be deducted and your Project will be downgraded to a Free Plan when the free trial expires, where:

• All Project content and data will be retained
• You will only be able to publish 1 Topic at a time
• All Gametize branding and sponsored content will be shown
• You will no longer have access to the Reward Manager
• You will no longer have access to the Project Analytics or download reports
• You will no longer have access to email template customization
• You will only have access to 10 chosen images in the Gametize Image Library
