[BETA] Reorganizing Sidebar Options

We noticed that packing all navigation options together (while space-saving), not only limits the amount of information that can be presented, it also limits users’ access to those functions. Therefore, in this version, the following changes were made: 

1. The collapsible-expandable sidebar options on the left have been streamlined to just Project-related functions - link to Dashboard and the list of Projects you own/administer/moderate. 
2. When expanded, you can view more Projects than before on the left sidebar.
3. All account-related options are accessible via the right sidebar - expanded by clicking on your user profile. They are - Settings, Billing, Invoices, Help Center, Back to Gametize Home, and Logout.
