Publishing Flashcards or Challenges

There are 2 ways to publish a Flashcard or Challenge:

• Publish a Flashcard or Challenge singly
• Publish multiple Flashcards or Challenges via Bulk Actions

To publish a Flashcard or Challenge singly:

1. Select a Project, then a Topic you wish to publish a Flashcard / Challenge.
2. Scroll to search for any unpublished Flashcard / Challenge. Unpublished Flashcards / Challenges look slightly opaque. 
3. To the right of the card, click .

To publish multiple Flashcards or Challenges via Bulk Actions: 

1. Select a Project, then a Topic you wish to publish Flashcards / Challenges.
2. At the top of the list, under “Bulk Actions”, select . 
3. This will launch a multiple-selection popup window, displaying the list of unpublished Flashcards and Challenges in the selected Topic. You can select multiple Flashcards / Challenges by:
   • Searching for the Flashcard or Challenge name
   • Selecting the checkbox in the header row to select all 
   • Selecting 1 or more checkboxes from the list
4. Click  to proceed to the confirmation screen and complete the action.
