Managing billing information only applies to Admin users.
To begin, first, log in to the Admin Dashboard through a web browser. Then, look for MY ACCOUNT at the top navigation bar, and select Billing Information.
There are several actions you can perform here:
- Add a credit card
- Remove a credit card
- Change Active Card
- Change billing address of active credit card
- View invoices
In the Billing Information page, click on "Add Credit Card".
Then, fill in the necessary information. Remember to Save Changes.
- You can choose to use your current address as the billing address, or simply fill in a new billing address
- You may also select to use this credit card as your active card.

You can only remove a credit card if you have at least one existing Active Card. To do so, first, click "Remove?", then type in "delete" to confirm.
Removal of credit card is irreversible. Do make sure this is the credit card you wish to remove.
You can only change an active card if you have more than 1 credit card registered. To do so, simply click on the drop-down, and select a credit card, then "Save Active Card".
By default, the address entered in Account Settings is the billing address. To change, go to the Account Settings page and edit the address field.
To view invoices, look for MY ACCOUNT at the top navigation bar, and select View Invoices. From there, You will see a breakdown of all the plans and Projects you have subscribed to. You may choose to print these invoices.
All Gametize subscription plans renew automatically, on a monthly basis.
