More about Platform Analytics - User Summary

User Summary provides statistics for account creation, sign-ins, and application access during the selected time period. This allows Super Admins to analyze user account details, including total users and administrators, sign-in methods, account status, and more.

To access the User Summary:

1. Sign in to your account which has Super Admin access. 
2. Click  in the top left corner to expand the left sidebar, then click .
3. In the pop-up menu, scroll down to the section “Platform Analytics” and select “User Summary”.
4. At the top of the page, select the time period to view the statistics.

Accounts Created

1. You may click on the tooltip  to learn more about the following definitions
   • Users: Number of users on the Platform
   • Admins: Number of Administrators on the Platform 
   • Email Address: Number of users with an email address
   • Social Sign-ins: Number of users who sign-in with Social Sign-ins such as Facebook, Microsoft 
   • Other Single Sign-Ons: Number of users who sign-in with Single Sign-Ons
   • Others: Number of users without email addresses and also do not have Social Sign-in or Single Sign-On.

Sign-ins & Application Access

1. You may click on the tooltip  to learn more about the following definitions
   • Users with Logins: Number of Users who signed in to the Admin Dashboard or any application during this period. Administrators who signed in to the Admin Dashboard are also included. Existing sessions are excluded.
   • Players with Logins: Number of Players who signed in to any mobile or web application during this period. Existing sessions are excluded.
   • Players with App Access: A player is treated to have "accessed" any application when we detect that an action has been performed. These actions include, login, logout and opening/closing any application.
   • Players with Project Access: Number of Players who have accessed any Projects in any mobile or web application. Date filter is only used for the first and last log entries.
